Prep Clean, Eat Clean

I was watching this documentary and was appalled and confirmed in why I don't eat just anyone's cooking.

These people literally had the opportunity to teach people how to cleanly prepare food.

You aren't eating clean when you don't prep clean! Ewwww...

I couldn't even record the 45 seconds without being outraged at what they showed in the segment on preparing chicken!

They should have shown how it should be done instead of that horrible demonstration or followed it with how it should be done.

No wonder illnesses and COVID spread so fast. People are just nasty in how they prepare food!
